Ingredients:
1 medium-sized fresh cucumber.
1/2 teaspoon glycerin.
1/2 teaspoon rose water.
1 tablespoon lemon juice.
Preparation:
Grate the cucumber finely without removing its skin. Using a square piece of cheese cloth, extract the cucumber juice. Mix all the ingredients well.
Pat on the face and arms with a swab of cotton woo!. Leave on for 10-12 minutes.
Wash off with tepid water.
Excess solution can be stored for about 2 days in a glass bottle.

Ingredients:
1 tablespoon oatmeal.
Hot water.
Juice of half a lemon.
Preparation:
Mix the ingredients to make a soft paste that won't drip off your face.
Apply on face and arms. Leave to dry for 15-20 minutes. Rinse off well with tepid water.

Ingredients:
I ounce glycerin.
14 ounces rose water.
4 drams borax powder.
Preparation:
Mix the ingredients well.
Pat on face and arms. Leave to dry for 15-20 minutes. Rinse off with tepid water.
Pour the remaining liquid into a glass bottle and store.

Ingredients:
1 tablespoon lemon juice.
1 tablespoon mild shampoo.
1 cup sunflower seed oil.
1 cup walnut oil.
Preparation:
Blend well.
Use only about 2 tablespoons per bath. Keep excess in a glass bottle.

1 cup baking soda.
1 cup sea salt.
1 cup epsom salt.
1/4 cup powdered sulphur flowers.
Preparation:
Blend all the four ingredients well. Use 3 tablespoons per bath.

4 ounces alcohol.
1 ounce ammonia.
1 dram essence of your favorite flower.
Preparation:
Mix all the ingredients well. Use about 2 tablespoons per bath.
