Hillary Duff was looking cute at Chelsea in New York during the filming of “Gossip Girls.” The actress was photographed near the steps and seemed to be enjoying herself. She was taking a call and looked as pretty chatting on her cell phone as she did simply standing by the steps.
Hillary was wearing an adorable dress that came down to her knees. It had a floral print of pink and orange roses with green leaves on a periwinkle blue background. The dress had an empire waist and emphasized Hillary’s natural curves beautifully.

The sleeves were spaghetti straps and the dress was neither too short nor too tight; she looked great. She wore gold tone high heels that went across her toes and had a thin strap around her ankle. She accented her outfit with gold bangle bracelets up her arm and dangle earrings in a crystal and gold circle design. Hillary wore her hair down and parted down the middle. It framed her face prettily and was a simple style that suited her clothes. Her hair almost looked uncontrolled, but in truth, it was perfect. That's the appeal of this particular style – it's easy to do, natural looking, yet hair is still manageable. Hillary’s skin was absolutely flawless and she looked fresh in a light blush and a pink lipstick that was similar to the roses on her dress. The lipstick is what tied the whole thing together. Hillary truly looked friendly, approachable, and like the beautiful girl she is.
